Junior Students:

If you have not made your ACT account tonight is the deadline to create your account and choose the colleges you want your scores sent to.

 

ACT Non-Test Instructions for Students

 

This year the non-testing portion along with making an ACT account will be completed at home on a computer.

The 2 videos below will be used as you make an ACT account and then complete the non-testing portion of the test.

Note: 

  1. Stop and start videos as needed.
  2. Students need to write down their username and password to this account to be used for future reference.
  3. PleaseDO NOTuse a school email, use a personal or family email that can be accessed by you during registration.
  4. Students will need to log into the email they used to activate their account.

 

How to Register for the State ACT March 9th

Note: 

  1. Students need to sign in with their new ACT Account.
  2. Students will need to use theStudent Code# on the Non-Testing Information form that was mailed home.
  3. 3. INFO: Complete at least: name, address, DOB, gender, race/ethnicity, grade, email (email must match the email used to make the ACT Account and not a school email).
  4. Students can skip other information asked for it they choose by scrolling to the bottom of each page and clicking next.
  5. COLLEGE PREFERENCES: students have the opportunity to choose 4 colleges or universities to send their scores to.  
  6. If students are taking Concurrent Enrollment next year they need to put SLCC as their 1st choice.
  7. REVIEW: students must agree to the terms and conditions.

 

  If you are having problems entering your Student Code or any error message you will need to go to https://www.act.org/content/act/en/contact-act.html   click the Student/Parent Support for ACT button and request help.  This must be complete tonight, March 11th or you will have to pay to send your scores to colleges.
