Copper Hills High is offering a Summer Driver Education Class. The class will be available to students who will be 16 years of age by October 15, 2023
Dates: The class will run for 10 days in June. There are 40 available hours. You must attend at least 27 hours. Classroom attendance is required to complete the 27 hours.

Class will be held from:
Monday, June 12 through Friday, June 16
Monday, June 19 through Friday, June 23
Monday, June 19 through Friday, June 23
Classes are held from 8 am until noon.
Utah State Law requires a minimum of 27 hours of classroom instruction, so attendance is critical.
There is a maximum of 40 students in the class on a first-come, first-served basis, so please register early. We will accept Copper Hill’s students first, then students from other schools if there is room.
The classes will be taught by Kai Kapele in Portable #8, by the Driver Ed. range.

Begins March 1st, 2023. Payment of fee ($160.00) is due upon registration in the Main Office of Copper Hills High School. The office closes at 3:00 p.m.
Students are STRONGLY encouraged to obtain their practice permit from the DLD and bring it with them on the first day of class. They can obtain this permit as soon as they turn 15.
Please bring the following with you at the time of registration:
1- A copy of your birth certificate to verify age.
2- The completed driver education registration form (below).
